One marketing team, 300 links, zero mess

Several people, agencies, hundreds of links: with a shared organisation, roles, tags and CSV import, everyone finds their links and nobody breaks anyone else's.

Quatre avatars de couleur au-dessus d'étiquettes de tags, sur fond rose

The marketing team of a small company has five people, two external agencies and an intern. In a year, it created over 300 links: campaigns, trade fairs, newsletters, printed catalogues. Before, everyone used their own free shortener, and nobody knew which link led where.

One organisation, everyone in it

On Bref, links belong to the organisation, not to the person who created them. When someone leaves the team, their links stay, and the dashboard still shows who created them.

Three roles:

  • Member: creates and edits links, views analytics. Ideal for agencies and the intern.
  • Admin: invites people, manages domains and settings.
  • Owner: also manages roles and the subscription.

An invited person does not need to create their own organisation: they accept the invitation, and that's it.

Tags rather than folders

Each link can carry up to ten tags: fair-2026, newsletter, agency-x, print. The list filters by tag, and search finds a link by its slug, title or destination. Finding "the spring catalogue QR" takes two seconds.

Importing what already exists

The 300 old links were not recreated by hand. A CSV file (address, slug, title, tags) is enough: Bref creates the links in batches and says row by row what went through and why a row was refused (slug already taken, invalid address, dangerous destination).

A domain in your name

With the Pro or Business plan, the team connected go.thecompany.be. Every link carries the brand's name, and partners no longer wonder whether the link is safe.

The Monday report

Every Monday morning, owners get the week's summary: visits, clicks, scans, trend and top 5 links. The team meeting starts with the right numbers.

Messy links are not a tool problem, they are a tidying problem. An organisation, roles and tags are enough to fix it.
